Started in 2021, as Black Fox Fitness, what is now CrossFit Inola was the solution to the death and disease that was ravaging our small community.  What began as a few men in a driveway has grown into an incredible fitness community founded on the quintessential CrossFit methodology developed and honed by founder, Greg Glassman.

The human body is a masterpiece crafted in the image of God, The Creator.  Inspired by the words of the apostle Paul in Romans 1:20, we strive to bear witness to God through our keen observation and stewardship of the incredible creation that is the human body.
